I own a 2004 volvo xc90 t6 2 9l awd with 6 cyl.
Broken spark plug ceramic in cylinder.
Spark plug electrode broke off went into cylinder.
The pieces fell into the cylinder.
I rotated the cylinder to begin the compression stroke on the first cylinder but i still feel stuck on what to do.

Then soak the broken plug shell with a generous amount of penetrating oil.
Well it turns out that a ceramic piece broke off of the spark plug and fell into the first cylinder.
Using an appropriate size socket bar brace yourself and while holding the socket squarely on the easy out apply a firm steady counterclockwise pressure.
Give it a few minutes to work then tap an appropriately sized easy out firmly into the empty shell figure 3.
What damage did it do.
